Customization timeline

Once you submit your order, we will begin building your custom shirt exactly as you ordered. The custom-shirt-making process takes approximately 3-4 weeks. (This includes monogramming if you have ordered it.) We will ship it out to you via your requested shipping method as soon as the shirt is ready.

Delivery guarantee

U.S. Domestic Shipments

We offer FREE Ground Shipping on all orders within the continental United States. Should you need your order faster, we are happy to utilize Air Shipping. Two-day service is available for $14.00 and overnight service is $24.00.

International Orders

We ship via UPS Worldwide Expedited Service. Delivery is four to five business days to Europe, Asia and Latin America. The price for this service is $40.00.

For some shipments delivered outside the United States, the importing country may charge an import duty/VAT or brokerage fee on top of the price of the item. These charges are beyond our control and cannot be reimbursed.

International customers are responsible for any import or customs fees charged by your government. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed these fees or the amount of the fee that may be charged.

In cases of refusal, either the cost of the goods or return service costs will be assessed.

Returns

We know that you will love the quality and fit of our shirts, and we will do whatever it takes to make sure you receive the best custom shopping experience possible.

We take great pride in being able to deliver shirts that fit perfectly, but a small portion of our customers may require slight alterations. Double R offers an alteration credit up to $50 per order to put towards local tailoring when adjustments are needed. If your shirt cannot be altered, we'll remake it for free. (please note that gift cards are non-refundable)

How to submit a return

Should our expert fit counselors determine that one of your shirts need to be remade, we will send you a pre-paid UPS label to get the product back to us.

Due to tariff and customs issues, we are unable to provide return shipping on international orders. We will accept the return in accordance with the details above.

Care & Maintenance

Your Double R shirt has been made from the finest materials and has been tailored with meticulous attention to detail. All Double R shirts can be washed at home, professionally laundered or dry cleaned. Should you choose to machine wash, the following guidelines will help you achieve maximum longevity.

Washing

When machine washing, use a mild detergent, wash with similar colors and use the cold water and delicate/gentle settings on your washing machine.

Drying

We recommend hang drying your Double R shirts. Machine drying can damage the fabric and buttons. Your custom shirt has been designed to accommodate for the normal shrinkage that will occur. Regardless of the cleaning method used, you can expect your shirt to shrink by 2-3%.

Ironing

Use an iron on your shirt while it is slightly damp. This will make the ironing process a little faster and easier.
